At Iron collective we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
    •    Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    •    For hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
    •    We offer exchanges for a different size or color where stock allows.
    •    If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds
    •    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
    •    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at our emails within 14 days of delivery.
    •    We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Return
    1.    Email us with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Pack the item securely, including the original invoice/packing slip.
    3.    Send the parcel to the return address provided by our team.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    •    We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
